 TXP系列干式膨化机可膨化米糠、大豆、玉米、大米粉以及饲料等物料，适用于油厂、米厂、大豆蛋白厂和饲料工厂加工。该机产量大、电耗低。膨化米糠可保鲜二个月以上，浸出器生产能力提高30～45％，干粕残油低于1％以下，糠粕蛋白含量、色泽均优于制粒烘干浸出。膨化大豆可以脱腥、钝化尿素酶，浸出器生产能力提高45～50％，干粕残油低于0.8％，豆粕蛋白含量及色泽优于烘干浸出。TXP series dry bulking machine can extrude rice bran, soybean, corn, rice flour and feed materials. It is suitable for processing in oil factory, rice factory, soybean protein factory and feed factory. The machine has high output and low power consumption. Expanded rice bran can keep fresh for more than two months, the production capacity of leacher is increased by 30-45%, the residual oil of dry meal is less than 1%, and the protein content and color of bran meal are better than that of granulation, drying and leaching.
